I’m glad that you’ve found me. As you’re here I’m guessing that something in your life isn’t working as well as you’d like. Some of my clients have found me because they felt that anxiety or stress was ruling their life. Some of them felt overwhelmed, close to tears or on the edge of panic all the time. This often meant that negative thoughts overtook them and stopped them living their life to the full.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a unique, evidence based approach that combines lots of different disciplines such as, cognitive behaviour therapy, hypnosis and theories based on modern neuroscience. It draws its influences from a variety of effective therapeutic approaches including Positive Psychology, traditional hypnotherapy and NLP – neuro linguistic programming.
But what do I mean by ‘evidence based approach’?
Over the last few years, a group of Quest Trained Cognitive Hypnotherapists and their clients have taken part in a research project.
As a result, a peer-reviewed article was published in the September 2015 issue of the Mental Health Review Journal. This article stated that clients using Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy (QCH) reported faster and more effective recovery when being compared with national results for the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme…..
